Founded in 1987 by Gilles R. Gagnon, CRÉACOR Group has developed the necessary expertise to help organizations improve their performance by focusing on human productivity. Our approach is based on knowledge transfer thereby allowing our clients to reach full autonomy to meet their business objectives.

Daniel Huot and Nicole Paré became the new owners of this consulting firm in January 2021. Both have many years of experience in using the MPO management programs distributed by the CRÉACOR Group.

Our Story

1987

Creation of the company

In 1987, with many ideas in mind, Gilles Gagnon establishes the Creacor Group.

1991

Creation of the Clientreprise model

In 1991, Gilles and his partners developed the strategic thinking model, the Clientreprise.

2000

The Interactive Dynamics at Work program makes its debut

In 2000, the Creacor team launched the Interactive Dynamics at Work Team Building Program.

2006

Serge Beauchemin becomes a shareholder in the company

In 2006, Serge joined the company as a majority shareholder.

2010

Patrick Côté and Gilles Gagnon found Ngenio and launch MPO

In 2010, after two years of development, Ngenio launched its human capital management program based on its MPO personality inventory.

2014

Ngenio and Creacor join forces!

In 2014, Ngenio and Creacor merge their operations in order to offer their products and services to a larger customer base.

2021

A new beginning for Creacor Group as an organization!

In 2021, as long-time partners of the Group Creacor, Daniel Huot and Nicole Paré acquire the company. They were the best successors to ensure the continuity of the company for all our customers and employees.
